Angels, since the beginning of civilization, have been part of our culture and daily vocabulary and seem to dwell in the realm that exists between fantasy and reality. For many, angels are a source of comfort or even a direct link to an almighty power. For others they are simply a cute adornment that sits on top of the Christmas tree, or grace the cover of an address book.
Angels are as popular now as they ever have been, having transgressed from religious icons to popular culture. So what do they mean to us, to our beliefs?

We are compiling a book that aims to bring together contempory beliefs, thoughts and reflections on angels in order to provoke a more defined, qualitative response to the question, “So do you believe in angels?”
